Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue.
